- Dear Residents, A car break-in occurred early Monday morning and attached are photos from the incident. Auto thefts and vandalisms are on the rise across the city so we urge all to take the appropriate precautions. We are working hand-in-hand with our SAPD Courtesy Officer AND the Police Department to keep our community safe and incident-free. We take vandalism and community safety very seriously and need your help deterring these types of incidents at Villas.
